To provide the best experience for all of our clients, please review our salon policies before booking your appointment.
First-Time Client Policy
All first-time clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the booked service to secure their appointment.
The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, fail to show up, or arrive 15 minutes late or more, your deposit will be forfeited.
Appointment Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will be considered a no-show, and the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee.
For existing clients, this fee will be added to your next appointment. For first-time clients, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the booked service.
For existing clients, this fee will be added to your next appointment. For first-time clients, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for all future appointments.
Deposits
Deposits may be required for certain services or after repeated late cancellations or no-shows.
Unless otherwise stated, all deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Service Satisfaction
If you experience an issue related to the quality of your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
We are happy to provide complimentary fixes for workmanship-related issues.
Refunds are not offered on completed services.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, infections, injuries, or medical conditions that may affect your service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if providing the service may compromise the health or safety of our clients or staff.
